My Story

I’m grateful to have led a full and rewarding life for most of my 28 years, but – like so many of us – I used to take my health for granted. (When you’re young it’s easy to feel invincible, isn’t it?!)

In 2017, this all changed when I was hospitalized with septicaemia. I realised that my unsustainably fast-paced lifestyle and unprocessed trauma needed to be resolved.

Since then, I have been on a complex journey of health highs and lows… test after test, doctor after doctor, emotional rollercoasters, dietary experiments and a SERIOUS learning curve.

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis (autoimmune thyroid) as well as a number of co-existing issues like gut dysbiosis, adrenal fatigue, parasites and infections. And so began my holistic healing process… one that started with food and became about total transformation.

My healing journey will be lifelong and I’m always working on the root causes of the condition so that I can remain in remission (yes, it is possible!) and maintain my MOJO.

Here’s the exciting part! This experience gave me the push to combine my passion for helping people HEAL and feel ENERGISED about their lives with my nerdy love of holistic wellness, so I trained to become a:

  1. Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (with the industry-leading Institute for Integrative Nutrition)
  2. Certified Breathwork Facilitator (with Shanila Sattar of Always Play Studios)

Et voila, Mojo Health Space was born. I’m here to help you get your mojo back! I can’t wait to get to know you better and witness your incredible transformation… because health is wealth and you deserve to feel vibrant + thriving.

Hashimoto's healing

As a Hashimoto’s warrior myself, I know how it feels to hit rock bottom and have no idea which way to turn or whether you will ever feel “good” again. I specialize in helping you navigate the healing process, so you can get to a place where you are THRIVING, not just surviving.

Mindset and emotional healing

Food is only half the story. The biggest breakthroughs come from working on mind, body and spirit. This was the missing piece in my healing puzzle and why I have done further training in EFT and breathwork. If you feel like you are reaching a healing plateau or stress and negative self-talk is holding you back – I’m here to help.

Anti-inflammatory eating and gut health

We are all bio-individuals and no one diet fits all. However, whether you are looking to improve digestion, calm down inflammation caused by dis-ease with AIP, or even just boost your mood – it all comes back to a few simple, intuitive principles. Together, we’ll get these integrated into your daily life so that you can finally FEEL the difference.

Women's health

I know how tough it is to sit in a practitioner’s office and hear, “That’s just women’s problems”. That’s why I’m passionate about helping women who feel unheard, confused and stuck on their health journey. Having taken my health into my own hands, I’m well versed to be your partner and advocate in getting to the root of the issue, so that you can get back to feeling like Superwoman.
